Totally obsessed over cheesecake and any fruit dessert.
Imagine-
Cheesecake meets fruit crumble.
Insanity!!!!
Just make it!

Crumble:
3 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Zest of a lemon
3/4 cup cold margarine
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
Cheesecake:
16 ounce cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup chopped strawberries
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 and line a 9x13 with parchment paper.
In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and lemon zest.
Using the paddle attachment mix until combined. Add margarine and vanilla and mix. Add egg while the mixer is running. Mix until the margarine completely broke apart.
Press 2/3 of the mixture at the bottom of your 9x13. Save the other third in the fridge. Poke holes using a fork then bake for 10 minutes.
While it bakes, prepare your cheesecake mixture.
In a mixer fitted with a whisk, beat cream cheese at a low speed while adding the sugar gradually.
Let the mixer run while slowly adding the vanilla, eggs, sour cream and salt.
Pour the mixture directly on the par-baked crust.
Scatter the fruits and add your remaining crumble mixture. Slightly tighten it in your hand to create bigger crumbs.
Bake for 35-40 minutes. It should not be jiggly when baked.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before cutting it.
