Herbed Beet Slaw with Pomegranate
Here’s your salad recipe for this Shavuot. Fresh salads are not my favorite to make. So if there’s a fresh salad here, you know it’s a good one. Raw beets are super underrated but SO good. Lemony Eggplant Salad
There’s something about this salad that just hits different. Roasted eggplant, sweet red pepper, a little heat from the jalapeños, and that pop of tangy preserved lemon that brings it all together.
