This summer’s ultimate snack
Introducing…
BEFF JERKY
Trust me, you need to try this.
I made it using a beautiful food dehydrator gifted to me by @mylondonsunshine
And everything was tested using the dehydrator.
Link to purchase your own is linked in my bio and your special code just for my people is Guila10 to save 10%.
I can only think of the tonssss of fruits Im going to dehydrate next with it!

2 lb Eye of round (top or bottom round, london broil also works, as long as it’s a lean piece)
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp granulated onion
1 tsp granulated garlic
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS:
1. Start by freezing your piece of meat for about 30 minutes. That will allow you to slice your meat more easily and equally thin.
2. Removed from freezer and using a sharp knife, start slicing at 1/4 inch thin. You can even slice your slices in half if they are too big.
3. Prepare your marinade. In a container, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, granulated, onion and garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes. Whisk everything.
4. Dip one piece at a time in the marinade to ensure that it is coated on all sides.
5. Save in the fridge for minimum of 8 hours or overnight.
6. Once ready to dehydrate, remove from marinade and place on wire rack in a single layer.
7. Set temperature to 158 F for 3 hours.
Note that time can vary depending on thickness of the meat.
