La Soupe de Fèves
This soup is a staple in so many moroccan homes. Fava bean soup is like a big hug in a bowl, the hug you need after eating so much matsa at the seder. Its wholesome, filling and comforting. Lemony Eggplant Salad
There’s something about this salad that just hits different. Roasted eggplant, sweet red pepper, a little heat from the jalapeños, and that pop of tangy preserved lemon that brings it all together.
