I can’t tell you the fun we had filming this.
I kept asking them to just say what they feel and that I wanted their authentic reactions. They were so confused at first, but then got the hang of it!
I’m so proud of my boys for wanting to film the whole thing alone, making tiramisu became their job after all.

1 pack lady fingers, about 24 cookies
1 non dairy whip topping
1 pack Osem vanilla pudding (2.8oz)
1 tbsp instant coffee (we use decaf)
1 tbsp hot chocolate powder
1/4 cup boiling hot water
3/4 cup cold water
Cocoa powder, for topping
DIRECTIONS:
In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine non dairy whip and vanilla pudding powder. Whip at high speed until creamy and stiff.
Combine coffee, hot chocolate powder and hot water in a deep plate. Mix until dissolved. Add the cold water.
Prepare your station: lady fingers, coffee chocolate liquid, cream and your dish. I use an 11 cup rectangular pyrex. It fits exactly 12 lady fingers on each layer.
Start with a layer of your cookies. Dip quickly in liquid and place in dish. Fill a full layer of cookies. Top with half the cream. Repeat cookie layer and top with remaining cream.
Sprinkle cocoa powder at the top before closing and refrigerating. It will need to refrigerate at least 5 hours, or overnight.
