One pan Mac & Cheese

15 minutes to get dinner (or lunch) on the table?
Follow these steps!

- 2 tbsp butter 
- 400g straight macaroni 
- 800g water 
- Salt, to taste 
- 1 cup heavy cream 
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella 
DIRECTIONS:
- Start by heating a large pan to medium high heat. Add butter and let it slightly brown. 
- Add pasta and stir. I like to toast the pasta but it’s not necessary. 
- Add water and salt and mix. Let the pasta cook until they rise to the surface and about half of the water is absorbed. 
- Add cream and mix. Let it cook down until most of the liquid is absorbed. Lower heat to a simmer. 
- Add cheese and mix. You can add more cheese if you’d like.
