I decided to make this turkey roast today with all my favorite flavors. Lemon and garlic together is always a killer.
The key to amazing turkey is the internal temperature. 165 F is your sweet spot.

1 kg turkey roast
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp granulated garlic, onion, black pepper and dried thyme
1 lemon, sliced
1 garlic head
2 cups chicken broth
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Start by drying your turkey roast using paper towel.
Mix your wet rub (oil and spices) in a small dish. Rub all over the roast.
Place it in a small Dutch oven. Add your garlic head to the side, and your lemon slices a little everywhere. Add your broth.
Cover and place in the oven. Baste every 20 minutes for 1 hour. Continuously check the internal temperature.
Uncover, raise oven temperature to 400, baste the roast and bake for an additional 30 minutes, while basting every 10 minutes.
Make sure that the internal temperature does not go over 165 F.
Once out of the oven, let it rest. Then remove the net, and slice. Return to the broth.
