BBQ Chicken Burger

Nop, Summer is not over just yet.
You can still sneak a few Sunday BBQs. And if you want to take it up a notch, make these chicken burgers!
They are juicy, fresh, flavorful. All you need to fill your burger buns!

(Yields 7 burgers)
- 1 package minced white chicken (about 1.3lbs) 
- 1 shallot 
- 5-6 garlic cloves 
- 1/2 cup cilantro, packed 
- 2/3 cup breadcrumbs 
- 1 tsp paprika 
- 1 tsp sumac 
- 1/2 tsp black pepper 
- 1 tsp salt 
- 1 egg 
DIRECTIONS:
- Heat your BBQ at medium high heat. I like to brush half an onion on the grates to clean them before I place my food. 
- Process your cilantro, shallot and garlic until fine. 
- To a mixing bowl, add all your ingredients. Mix until combined. 
- Oil a baking sheet as well as your hands. Form large patties. 
- Spray oil on top of your burgers. 
- Place burgers on grill and close it. Let them cook for 5 minutes. Flip. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes. 
- Remove and stuff in your burger bun!
