Minute Steaks au Vin
There’s something about a simple meat dish that just works every single time, and this is exactly that. These minute steaks come out incredibly tender, rich, and full of flavor, with minimal ingredients and effort. It’s one of those recipes that feels special enough for Shabbat, but easy enough to make anytime. Lemony Fennel Minute Roast
If you love creating new meat recipes like I do, this one is definitely worth trying. I made it using a @mehudarmeats premium minute roast, and the quality really shows. Mehudar’s premium line is free-range, grass-fed, and hormone-free, and you can truly see it in the color and texture of the meat. Passover Fish Balls in Fava Bean Sauce
Tender fish balls simmered in a garlicky tomato sauce with preserved lemon and fava beans. Bright, comforting, and perfect for Passover. In my video I actually double the fish mixture because I love to freeze half for another meal. I flash freeze the shaped fish balls on a baking sheet, then once they’re firm I transfer them to a Ziploc bag. When I’m ready to make them again, I simply build the sauce and drop the fish balls straight from the freezer into the sauce. Work once,
